Frances Nicotra is a solo practitioner admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. Since 1992, she has been shaping various employers' compliance with anti-discrimination laws, helping families transition during difficult times of divorce, the illness or death of a family member and transferring businesses and real estate between individuals, entities and prominent companies.
